About Us

Ault’s Driver Education Center has been family owned since 1966, and has operated in Florida since 1986. Ault's Driving School is committed to educating drivers of all ages in a safe and supportive environment. Our experienced instructors are licensed and certified to provide a professional and calm atmosphere whether it's your first time behind the wheel or you need a refresher. We service students of all ages and backgrounds. We are pleased to provide driver education all throughout west Florida, from Hillsborough to Charlotte County. We offer private lessons, ranging from 1.5 hours to 15 hours, as well as Class E Driver's License Exams. There are options for night driving courses as well as master's refresher courses (for those 60 and over). Basic and Advanced Driving Instruction are also available in class and online as a separate option and we can help you to get your learner's permit. We guide you through every mile! We are State Certified and proud members of the Driving School Association of the Americas and the Florida Professional Driving School Association.
