Cardinal Mooney Driver's Education Programs

General Information

Student must be 15 years old by the beginning of the Semester. This driver's education course will be offered two times during the year. The next course will begin on February 21, 2012. Classroom training is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 90 minutes each day directly after school.

1. REQUIREMENTS:
   1. Student must complete the 4 hour Drug, Alcohol, Traffic Education Course.
   2. Student must have in their possession a Learner's License by the end of the 1st week of class.
   3. No Sandals (closed toe, closed heel shoes only), No hats, No Food. Cell phones or Ipods must be turned off during driving instruction.
   4. Enroll through Ault's Driver Education Center.
      
      
2. THE PROGRAM WILL PROVIDE:
   1. 1/2 Academic Credit and Grade.
   2. 30 Hours of Classroom instruction.
   3. 6 Hours of Behind the Wheel instruction.
   4. Preparation for the State of Florida road test.
   5. Upon completion - each student will receive an insurance certificate for the purpose of insurance discounts.
